Zona Central is the next evolution in the development of the near
downtown areas surrounding Pueblo Viejo. Kevin took personal
responsibility for the design and development of the Land Use Plan for this
200+ acre area northeast of the current downtown. In addition to the Land
Use Plan, Kevin prepared a City Initiated Zone Change and Mitigated
Negative Declaration. Following the completion and approval of the Zone
Change, the City of Coachella may begin working on a new Master Plan for
Zona Central similar to Pueblo Viejo.
