Kevin acted as Program Manager and Senior Planner for the master developer, Lennar Communities. Kevin’s team followed the master planning for the development and created a number of single‐family, multi‐family, and commercial development areas. Stevenson Ranch is as award‐winning project that has become the primary destination for upscale home buyers, shopping, and entertainment in the Santa Clarita Valley. Kevin’s team
provided the planning, design, entitlement processing, and engineering for many of the housing elements within Stevenson Ranch including apartment complexes, condominium projects, and single‐family residential development.
