Following the passage of the Commercial Cannabis Ordinance in the City of
Needles, Kevin’s team was contacted by City Manager to provide staff
support, project review, and CEQA Compliance services to the City. Upon
approval of the contract Kevin personal worked with the City Manger to
develop new implementation procedures to streamline the design and
development approval process, including CEQA review and documentation.
Following approval by the City Council of new implementation procedures,
Kevin also provided staff mentoring, training, and support.
